Building a Tech Repository
Context
A Singaporean provider of sustainable food packaging for F&B like Crave, Tim Ho Wan, Wok Hey and many others, approached our consultants to help design and build a tech repository. The tech repository would enable the company to quickly provide solutions for customer requests on sustainable packaging.
Approach
Our consultants facilitated a 4 hour workshop to identify the needs of the organization for the tech repository. The questions went beyond the functions to focus on the 'value' of the tech repository for the consultants. EstablishingWhy, What for enquiries and How to use the repository were key in developing the final repository.
Our team followed up with additional meetings and training to finalize the requirements and design.
Outcome
Our consultants applied design thinking to identify the needs of their customer segments – and based on the requirements designed, built and populated a tech repository using AirTable.
