Finding the Next Opportunity
Context
For the Advanced Remanufacturing and Technology Centre (ARTC), Advanced Manufacturing Challenge our consultants were asked to faciliate a workshop focus on "How to identify your next opportunity" using Blue Ocean Strategy methodology.
Approach
Our consultants facilitated a 3 hour interactive workshop for 5 startups to help them identify their current value (based on their current product/service) and explore other market opportunities using Blue Ocean Strategy tools. The participants of the Startup Challenge were introduced to practical frameworks and real-life cases to better identify, articulate and offer value to their customers, and thereby identify new areas to play.
Outcome
Based on interactive discussion, and input from external consultants and experts the teams were able to better identify opportunities, articulate their current and future value and design implementation plans.
