For a Fortune500 company, our specialists designed and facilitated a 4 month, regional EMEA ideation program.
The program's intent was to identify new routes to market, and prioritize projects to experiment with real customers in country.
The programme entailed online ideation and coaching sessions with 45 teams from 6 countries simultaneously. The programme generated 173 ideas.
Each participating country chose 2-3 experiments to test with real customers in country.
