Who I work with

I work with organizations and founders on innovation strategy, venture building, and market access - helping them move from idea to validated value. This isn't advisory from the outside. I get into the work with the team, apply structured frameworks and adapt them to reality, and stay accountable to real outcomes.

My consulting spans a wide range of industries and contexts - from early-stage startups needing to validate their first assumption, to multinationals building innovation culture from the inside, to government institutions designing ecosystem programmes.

Past Projects

EMEA corporate innovation programme

Designed and facilitated a multi-country innovation sprint for a Fortune 500 financial institution - running simultaneous ideation and experimentation sessions across six European markets. Worked with local innovation champions to generate and prioritize new routes to market, then trained teams on how to run customer experiments independently.

Innovation & entrepreneurship ecosystem study visit

Commissioned by the Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs, under the Singapore Cooperation Programme, to design and deliver a 5-day innovation and entrepreneurship study visit for senior government officials. Curated the full programme - speakers, site visits, and workshops - covering Singapore's startup ecosystem, IHLs, investors, IP landscape, and government support frameworks.

Agri-tech product development & tech scouting

Supported a global agri-sciences company in taking a grassroots field innovation from concept to prototype. Defined product specifications, scouted solutions globally, sourced prototypes, and managed a multi-month field trial in India. Also supported internal communication to build a culture of experimentation around the project.

Asian customer discovery & persona development

Commissioned by a large MNC to uncover and communicate deep customer insights across Asian markets. Designed and ran an 8-hour workshop bringing together real customers, employees, and illustrators to capture authentic customer stories - delivered as an internal booklet and used to build customer empathy across the organisation.
